1. Data Collection via the Contact Form

When you send us a message through the form on our Contact page, we collect the following information:

  • Name: To know how to address our response to you.
  • Email Address: To contact you back with answers or price quotes.
  • Your Message and any attached files: To analyze the technical requirements of your 3D design or 3D printing project.

This data is processed strictly to respond to your requests (pre-contractual purpose). We do not use this data for marketing (unsolicited newsletters) and we never sell or share it with third parties.

2. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep the received emails for as long as necessary to complete our collaboration or project (typically up to 12 months from the last interaction, unless a long-term contract is signed that requires keeping them for legal/fiscal reasons).

3. Cookie Policy (Google Analytics)

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analysis service provided by Google. GA4 uses cookies (small text files stored locally in your browser) to collect aggregated and anonymous data about website visits (e.g., pages viewed, duration of visit, browser used, general location at city/country level).

IP Anonymization: To comply with European regulations, our Google Analytics code is configured to anonymize IP addresses. Google will not associate your IP address with other data held by it.

Activation only with your consent: Tracking cookies are **not loaded** and are not stored upon your first visit to the site. They are activated exclusively if you press the "Accept" button in the footer banner.

  • Right of access and rectification: You can request to know what data we hold about you and request its correction.
